These terms cover how Kytona works for pet owners booking a home visit and for the vets and behaviourists listed on the platform. Kytona Ltd runs the platform; the care or service during a visit is provided by the visiting vet or behaviourist, not by Kytona.

Kytona is operated by Kytona Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales. We run a marketplace that connects pet owners in London with RCVS-registered vets and checked dog behaviourists that offer home visits.
When you book a visit through Kytona, you enter into two related but distinct agreements:
- Your contract with Kytona for the platform service: matching you with a suitable practice, holding your card details, taking payment after the visit and handling any cancellation fees or refunds, sending confirmations and reminders, and handling the booking. These terms govern that contract.
- Your contract with the visiting vet or behaviourist for the care or behaviour service delivered during the visit. That provider is professionally responsible for their own decisions, advice, treatment or training plan, and records.
We confirm the identity of the visiting vet or behaviourist to you when we confirm your booking. If you have not received this confirmation before the appointment, please contact us.
